WeCare Premium Tour: Tandem Paragliding over Olympos

Tandem paragliding over Olympos (the Antalya region, not the Babadağ in Fethiye) — launch from Tahtalı Mountain's cable car platform, glide over the Mediterranean coast with the Toros backdrop, landing on Olympos beach. WeCare coordinates with the paragliding operator, handles chauffeur logistics, and ensures pre-jump and post-jump comfort.

10:00 — Hotel pickup. Chauffeur in your hotel lobby. Mercedes V-Class for the 60-minute drive.

10:00-11:00 — Drive Antalya → Tekirova cable car base. 60 km via D400 west to the Olympos Cable Car base station at Tekirova.

11:00-12:00 — Cable car to summit + paragliding operator briefing. WeCare chauffeur stays at base station. You take the 10-minute cable car ascent to 2,365m summit, where the paragliding company has its launch facility. Safety briefing (~30 minutes), harness fitting, helmet, tandem pilot introduction.

12:00-13:00 — Tandem paragliding flight. Take-off from the Tahtalı summit launch ramp (2,365m elevation), glide over the Mediterranean coastline with panoramic Toros and sea views. Flight duration 15-25 minutes depending on wind conditions. Landing zone is Olympos beach or Tekirova area (operator-dependent).

13:00-13:30 — Operator collection from landing zone. Paragliding company van picks you up at landing, returns you to the cable car base.

13:30-14:30 — Lunch at Tekirova or Çıralı. Multiple restaurant options. Some travelers prefer to head straight back to hotel; some take lunch en route.

14:30-15:30 — Return drive to Antalya. Arrive at hotel ~15:30.

Tandem paragliding from 2,365m is one of the most spectacular adventure-tourism experiences in Turkey — the elevation drop, Mediterranean views, and dramatic landing on Olympos beach combine into a memorable hour. The Antalya region paragliding is less famous than Ölüdeniz/Babadağ but offers comparable scenery with shorter wait times.

Tandem flights require specific wind and weather conditions. We monitor weather and contact operators 12 hours before the trip. If conditions don't permit safe flight, we offer rescheduling or refund of the paragliding portion.

Tandem paragliding is suitable for ages 5-80 — no physical fitness required (you're a passenger). Maximum body weight typically 110 kg (operator-dependent). Pregnant women, recent surgery patients should consult their doctor.
