Kunda Park Tropical Family Tour

Some days out are really for the adults and the children come along. This one is the other way round: a full-day family trip to the Kundu park district on the coast east of Antalya, with the driving, the tickets and the timing taken off your hands so the only thing left to manage is the children.

Kundu is the flat coastal strip east of Antalya airport, in the Aksu district — pine and eucalyptus behind a long, straight beach, with the big themed complexes set back from the sand. It is a short drive from central Antalya and a world away from the old town: wide roads, palm avenues, and planting kept deliberately lush. The tropical greenery the area is known for is the reason it photographs the way it does.

Family outings fall apart on logistics, not on attractions. Because a vehicle and driver stay with you all day, the bags, the spare clothes and everything you did not expect to need can live in the car instead of on your shoulder.
