Warm Room & Acclimatization

Hot Room & Steam Experience

What the Hamam Experience Looks Like
Either pre-arranged morning slot (10:00-12:00) or afternoon (15:00-17:00).
Pre-pickup — Hotel pickup. Chauffeur in your hotel lobby, drives to chosen hamam (10-20 minutes from most Antalya hotels).
Arrival at hamam. Reception, robe + slippers, locker assignment, briefing on the ritual sequence in English/German.
Step 1 — Warm room (40°C). 15-20 minutes acclimating in the marble warm room. Lay on the heated marble platform (göbektaşı). Breathing steam relaxes muscles and opens pores.
Step 2 — Hot room (50°C). 10-15 minutes deeper sweat. Hot marble platform.
