Most patients travel in a Mercedes E-Class for the smooth ride, or a V-Class when there is more luggage, a companion, or a need to keep a leg extended after orthopedic surgery. The cabin is climate-controlled, the suspension is gentle, and the driver knows that "as fast as possible" is rarely what a recovering traveller wants.

• Airport meet & greet: your chauffeur is inside the terminal with a name board — no walking in circles after a long flight.
• Flight monitoring: if your inbound flight is delayed, we simply adjust. There is no penalty and no missed pickup.
• Hospital and hotel coordination: we drop you at the correct hospital entrance and, on the return, time the pickup around discharge — not a rigid slot.

Every medical transfer is quoted as a fixed total in advance. There are no per-kilometre surprises, no night surcharges sprung at the door, and no pressure. For repeat appointments during a longer stay, we can hold the same driver so a familiar face handles each trip.

We do not ask why you are travelling, and we never discuss it. Our role is simple: get you between the airport, your clinic and your hotel safely, comfortably and on time.
