The Cabins We Drive — Mercedes E-Class, V-Class, Sprinter

For couples and single travellers we dispatch a Mercedes E-Class with bottled water, a hanging suit rail and a senior chauffeur in business attire. Families and small groups travel in the Mercedes V-Class with leather captain seats, USB-C charging and a rear-screen partition. Larger groups and crews are moved in Sprinter cabins with cinema seating and a separate luggage compartment. All cabins are non-smoking and carry child seats on request.

The journey manager watches your flight from wheels-up. When your aircraft is on final approach the chauffeur is already at the arrivals hall holding a printed card with your surname and the WeCare crest. Luggage is carried to the cabin, the children are seated, the itinerary is confirmed, and the drive begins without detour. Return journeys reverse the same briefing.

How do I find my driver at the airport?

Your driver waits at the arrivals exit holding a sign with your name. We send driver details via WhatsApp before your arrival, including name, photo, phone number, and vehicle info. For multi-terminal airports, we track which terminal your flight arrives at.

What if my flight is delayed?

We track all flights automatically in real-time. Your pickup time adjusts at no extra cost. We provide 60 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands. The driver will be there when you arrive, no matter how late.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash (EUR, USD, GBP, TRY), credit/debit cards, and bank transfer. No prepayment or deposit is required. You can pay the driver directly upon arrival or arrange payment before your trip.

How will I receive my booking confirmation?

You receive instant confirmation via email with your booking reference, driver details, and pickup instructions. We also send a WhatsApp message with all details. On the day of transfer, you get a reminder with driver contact info.

What vehicle types are available?

We offer Sedan (up to 3 passengers), Minivan (up to 6 passengers), VIP Mercedes (premium comfort), and Minibus (up to 16 passengers). All vehicles are air-conditioned, non-smoking, and professionally maintained.

Are child seats available?

Yes, baby seats for infants, child seats, and booster seats are provided free of charge. Simply mention the number and ages of children when booking, and we will have the appropriate seats ready.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund. Changes to date, time, or destination can be made easily via WhatsApp at no extra cost.

How much luggage can I bring?

Each passenger can bring 1 suitcase + 1 carry-on bag. Extra or oversized luggage (ski equipment, golf bags, surfboards) can be accommodated—just let us know when booking so we assign the right vehicle.

Can I make stops along the way?

Yes, stops can be arranged for supermarkets, ATMs, pharmacies, or scenic viewpoints. Short stops (10-15 minutes) are usually free. Longer stops or detours may have a small additional charge.
